Cajun Corn on the Cob
Ingredients
3-4 Fresh Sweet Corn on the Cob
Cajun Seasoning
Butter
Directions
- Husk corn, removing any silk. Boil for 3-5 minutes, or until tender.
- Once cooled, Firmly hold both sides, snap ear in thirds and with skewers that have been soaked in water.
- In a baking tray, place corn and brush with butter. Sprinkle Cajun seasoning.
- Broil for 1-2 minutes, or until corn reaches desired char. Enjoy!
