Red Button Vintage Creamery Ice Cream Cake
Ingredients:
Ice Cream Layer
· 1 Carton Red Button Vintage Creamery Ice Cream- any flavor
Cake Layer
· 1 box Food Club Cake mix- any flavor
Topping
· 1 Tub Food Club Vanilla Frosting
· Food Coloring
· Red Button Vintage Creamery Seasonal Candy
· Red Button Vintage Creamery Ice Cream Toppings
· Full Circle Market Coconut Flakes (optional)
Directions:
- Prepare cake according to package directions and bake in an 8-inch cake round.
- Once cake has cooled entirely, assemble the cake by spreading a layer of frosting on the top of the cake round, allowing to rest in freezer after being frosted.
- Once the cake layer has been assembled with a layer of frosting on top, slice the carton of ice cream horizontally and place the sliced layer of ice cream on the crust. Moving quickly, cover with plastic wrap and place in freezer to rest.
- Take cake out of freezer and frost entirely with the remainder of the frosting, and decorate with Red Button Ice Cream toppings, seasonal candies and coconut flakes (optional). Serve or freeze immediately. Enjoy!
